Today, this is my full-time job. I run demo workshops for SaaS teams across Europe, helping them structure their demos, sharpen their delivery, and connect better with their buyers.

Most people I work with aren’t lacking product knowledge — they just need outside eyes to spot what’s not landing with the buyer. That’s where I come in.

For the S package, you can pay directly via Stripe — quick and easy.

For M and L packages, I’m happy to send over a proper proposal or invoice. Especially if you need to go through procurement, no problem.

Only a limited number. I run this alongside my workshops and ongoing client projects — so demo roasts are just my way of helping more people get quick, practical results.

Every submission goes on a waiting list, and I review them in the order they come in. If it’s urgent, let me know — I’ll see what’s possible.

Ideally, you’re already using a tool like Gong or Chorus that records your demos. In most cases, you can simply invite me to the platform and give download access.

Alternatively, just upload your demo to a shared drive (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox…) and send me the link.
I’ll need to download the video, since I use my own tool to add time-stamped, in-video feedback.
