Finally, someone presenting content of what they actually DO, not just theory. Excellent examples and engagement. Thank you!
Probably my favorite session in the entire conference
Hands down the best session of Demofest 2025!
I am always trying to improve, and hearing someone else and their ideas was huge. Really made me look in the mirror and figure out how I can be better.
The best presentation so far. Every slide was useful, I’ve even shared it with my colleagues and my wife.
Our SE team collectively thought that this was the most useful session for them!
Max was amazing! I have already implemented some of his suggestions and tips. I can’t wait to make these my new habits.
Very actionable and consumable material.
Loved this presentation and I recommended it to my colleagues to watch later. Very informative and accessible.
You can choose from a 1-hour keynote, 2-4h masterclasses, or full-day workshops (1–2 days). Each format is flexible and can be tailored to your SKO schedule.
All of them. You can run joint sessions to align the team or book role-specific formats. Each session is adapted to match your team’s goals and experience level.
Yes. I always adapt examples, language, and exercises to your product, sales motion, and team setup – so it feels relevant from the first minute.
Yes, I use the Great Demo! methodology as a foundation. It helps teams lead with what matters most to the customer, instead of going through the product step by step.
But it’s not just about demo delivery.
The sessions also touch on:
– Better discovery – asking the right questions so the demo actually connects
– Internal alignment – making sure sales and SEs are on the same page before the demo
– Fitting into your sales process – so everything works together and doesn’t feel like an extra step
The idea is to make demos more effective and make sure they support the rest of your sales motion.
It’s both. Sessions are fun and engaging – but also hands-on and packed with ready-to-use tools and tactics. The goal is always practical impact.
Yes – for example, a keynote to kick things off, plus a breakout session later in the day. Let’s build a flow that works for your agenda.
I’ve worked as an SE, AE, and led both SE and AE teams — so I know all sides of the table. I bring a mix of practical tools and proven frameworks that your team can apply right away. But more importantly: I focus on long-term change, not just a motivational one-off.
And yes — we’ll have fun. Expect memes that feel funny… until you realize they’re uncomfortably accurate. For you. Or your AE. Or both 😉
Workshops and keynotes are available globally – both on-site and remote. I’ve done live sessions across Europe, North America, and virtually for teams around the world.
Yes, I regularly support virtual SKOs and hybrid formats. Keynotes and masterclasses work well online with the right energy and format. I adapt the setup to keep things interactive and engaging, even through a screen.
Keynotes are unlimited. Masterclasses and full-day workshops work best with up to 20 participants per group for active participation and feedback.
Need to train more people? No problem. I have a network of experienced facilitators and have run sessions in parallel or seminar-style – up to 90 participants per trainer.
Workshops are available in German (my native language) and English. I consider myself slightly funnier in German — but 90% of my workshops have been in English, so that works just as well.
I did learn Spanish and French in school… but let’s not test that in a live training 😄

Absolutely. Many teams book follow-up coaching or reinforcement programs to make the impact last beyond the event.
Your SKO brings everyone together – sales, presales, customer success. It’s one of the few moments in the year where people are in the same room, focused, and open to new ideas.
And that’s exactly what makes it the perfect time to sharpen your demo skills.
Because most demos don’t fail because of the product – they fail because they don’t connect. Too long, too technical, too generic. And often, every team has their own way of doing things. Sales tells one story, presales shows another, and customer success has to fix what’s been oversold or misunderstood.
Demo training helps align that story across roles. So that your whole team presents a clear, simple, and compelling narrative. One that’s easy to follow – and even easier to buy into.
Demo skills are best learned by doing – not by listening to slides.
That’s why we design SKO sessions to be highly interactive. We practice together. Test new techniques. Get direct feedback. And most importantly – have fun while doing it.
The SKO is the ideal setup for this:
Your team is already there
The energy is high
And people are more open to experimentation and reflection
Whether it’s a short keynote with actionable takeaways, or a deep-dive workshop for hands-on practice – we make it fit your agenda and goals.
Anyone who’s involved in presenting your solution should be there.
That includes:
Sales (AEs, BDMs…)
Presales and Solution Engineers
Customer Success and Post-Sales
Why? Because a strong, unified demo story starts with alignment across all teams. When everyone understands the narrative, they can reinforce it in every customer conversation.
Each session is tailored – but here’s what we often cover:
How to open strong and earn attention early
How to shift from features to outcomes
How to build a demo that flows – instead of one that just clicks through screens
How to end with clarity and next steps
And how to align internally before even building a demo
The outcome?
Less guesswork. More structure. And demos that actually move deals forward.
