4. Contacting Us

If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your request.

This usually includes your name, email address and the content of your message.

If your request relates to a potential or existing business relationship, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For other enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to messages and communicating with website visitors in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We delete this data when it is no longer required for the purpose of the communication, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Downloads and Free Resources

We offer free resources such as reports, checklists, cheat sheets, guides and other downloadable content.

When you subscribe or request relevant content, information such as your name, email address, subscription status and interaction with emails may be processed through Kit.

Where required, we use a confirmation process to verify your email subscription.

The legal basis for sending marketing emails is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Lovable may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with the GDPR.

8. Payments and Paddle

We use Paddle to process purchases and payments for our online courses and other digital products.
