Start with quick wins that your team can apply in their very next demo. Or take the complete approach: a repeatable demo methodology across your presales and sales team, with a 90-day program and continuous support after it.
If you start with the Skills Workshop and book Ramp-Up within 60 days, the workshop fee is credited in full. The call is free and takes 20 minutes.
What is inside Ramp-Up
Ramp-Up has five parts. Together they take 90 days.
12 hours1.5 days, remote or on-site
Demo Methodology Workshop
You learn a repeatable process: ENGAGED, the 7-step demo method that makes every demo easy to follow.
You align with your AE before every demo, so each demo has a clear purpose and objective.
You set entry and exit criteria, so you know which requests deserve a demo and what the demo should achieve.
You structure every part of the demo with the 3Rs: Revisit, Resolve and Result.
You leave with
A written demo standard that fits your product and your customers.

Demo Skills Workshop
Demo language: which words weaken your demo and what to say instead.
Storytelling: turn a feature walkthrough into a story the customer remembers and repeats to their boss.
Questions and objections: ask questions that show what the customer really needs, and answer pushback while the demo is running.
Everyone practices with their own demo.
You leave with
Quick tips and better habits that your SEs and AEs can use right away, in their very next demo.

Sales Alignment
I explain the new demo rules to your sales team, for example which requests deserve a demo.
Sales and SEs start to use the same words for the same things.
Sales knows what a good demo looks like, so they can help keep the new rules alive.
You leave with
A sales team that follows the new rules and speaks the same demo language as your SEs.
Self-paced90 days of access, for every SE
Online demo courses
Every SE gets 90 days of access to my Demo Playbook video courses.
The lessons are short, 3 to 5 minutes each, and practical instead of theoretical.
Topics include demo fundamentals, storytelling, demo language and objection handling.
You leave with
Every SE can keep learning at their own pace between the workshops.
Day 90Written report
90 Day Performance Report
After 90 days, I watch new demos from your team.
I compare them with the demos I watched at the start.
The report shows how many demos now end with a clear next step, how each SE is doing, and what to work on next.
You leave with
You can see what has changed and what to do next.
“Instead of hours of theory, we got practical examples, simple frameworks, and actionable tips that we could immediately apply in our demos.”

The Next-Step Guarantee
You will see the training work in your demos within 90 days. If you do not, I keep coaching your team for another 30 days at no extra cost.
The best way to measure success would be closed revenue. But in enterprise sales, deals take many months, so you would have to wait a long time to find out if the training worked.
So we measure something you can see much sooner: how many of your demos lead to a concrete next step. A concrete next step is a follow-up that both sides agreed on and that is already in the calendar, for example a meeting with the decision maker.
Before we startI check how many of your demos end with a concrete next step today. We write down the target.
Day 90 at the latestI check new demos from your team. If the number has reached the target, we are done.
If it has notI review new demos again and coach the SEs who need it most, for 30 more days and at no extra cost. Then we measure again. If you still have not reached the target, we sit down and work out a plan for what is missing.
Always On: your continuous improvement program
One training is not enough, because old habits come back. After the 90 days, Always On keeps improving your demos with a report every quarter. You book it by the quarter, and booking several quarters at once costs less.
You get a detailed report on how your demos performed.
You get clear recommendations on what to improve next.
You get coaching material, coaching sessions and a team AMA to work on it.
We keep measuring whether and how your demo performance improves.
Questions
How much does it cost?
The price is fixed and depends on how many people in your team give demos. The Skills Workshop has one price per session, for up to ten people, and you can bring your AEs too. After a 20-minute call, I send you the exact numbers, so you can show them to your boss.
Can I start with the Skills Workshop and switch to Ramp-Up later?
Yes. If you book Ramp-Up within 60 days, I subtract the full price of the workshop.
Can I book the Methodology Workshop on its own?
No. It only works when it starts from your real demos. That is why we start from your real demos and why the performance report comes after it.
What do you need from us?
I need recordings of 3 to 5 real demos, dates for the workshops, and a manager who reads the report. You only send me recordings after we have agreed how to start, and I can sign an NDA.
How is Always On booked?
By the quarter. You can book several quarters at once, which costs less than booking one quarter at a time.
We are hiring SEs right now. Should we wait?
No. New SEs copy the first demos they see. It is easier to teach them a standard while they are still new.
Not sure? Book 20 minutes.
Tell me how your demos go today. I will tell you which option fits, or if neither does.
