01 / What makes a good SKO session

Useful beats impressive

Your team already sits through enough slides. The session should feel different: concrete examples, real customer situations, clear takeaways and enough energy to keep a room engaged.

Actionable

People leave with ideas they can try in their next demo, discovery call or customer meeting.

Interactive

Questions, examples and audience involvement instead of 60 minutes of one-way presentation.

Built for software sales

Examples come from real B2B software demos and buying conversations, not generic presentation training.

These are examples of sessions that work well at SKOs. Each one can be adapted to your product, audience, sales process and time slot.

Keynote

Beyond “Does that make sense?”

How to have more meaningful demo conversations. Many questions sound good but only create polite, useless answers. This session shows your team how to ask better questions that reveal what buyers really think and make demos more interactive.

Keynote

Stop Winging It. Start Winning It.

How to align on your demo objective and key message before the meeting starts. Sales and Presales learn how to agree on one clear goal, one story and one message that should move the deal forward.

Following Up Fast, Following Up Slow

Most follow-up emails create work for the buyer and get ignored. This session shows how to write shorter, clearer follow-ups that are easier to answer and much more likely to keep the conversation moving.

Gaining and Maintaining Attention

Make the first 10 minutes of your demo count. Instead of wasting the start on generic company slides, your team learns how to open around the customer, the goal and the one message that needs to land.

FAQ

A few practical questions.

Everything teams usually ask before booking a session. If something is missing, just ask me directly.

Most keynotes and masterclasses run for 60 minutes. If you want more practice and interaction, the same topic can also be turned into a half-day or full-day workshop.

Yes. A keynote for the full audience can be combined with smaller masterclasses or workshops for Sales, Presales or leadership afterwards.

Yes. Sessions can be delivered onsite or online across different regions and time zones. For larger global rollouts, I can also work with additional experienced facilitators.

Yes. This is often the strongest option. A small sample of recordings is enough to identify real habits, strengths and problems that your team will immediately recognise.

Anything from a small team session to an SKO with several hundred participants. The format changes with the room: smaller masterclasses can be highly interactive, while larger keynotes use a different rhythm and type of participation.

Yes. I adapt examples, language and exercises to your audience and sales process. If you send me a few real demo recordings beforehand, I can also build the session around the patterns I see in your team.

Yes. If you want people to practice rather than only learn, most topics can be expanded into half-day, full-day or multi-day workshops during or after the SKO.

No. Many sessions work especially well when Sales and Presales attend together. Other topics can be tailored specifically to SEs, sellers or leadership teams.

Very. I use real examples, questions, short exercises and audience participation throughout. The goal is that people leave with ideas they can use in their next customer meeting.

Usually one short planning call. I want to understand who will be in the room, what they struggle with today and what you want them to do differently afterwards. If we use real demos, we also agree which recordings to review.
